This update contains some changes as a result of the Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010 and the Fostering Services Regulations 2011, which became effective on the 1st April 2011. For a summary of all the changes, which became effective on the 1st April 2011 please click on the yellow button in the side-bar.

LONDON CHILD PROTECTION PROCEDURES:
This manual has links to a web-based version of the London Child Protection Procedures, which you can navigate in the same way as the other chapters. To access the London Child Protection Procedures, click on 'Contents' (on the left hand side of this screen), then click on 'London Child Protection Procedures' - which will show below the navigation buttons on the left hand side of the screen.

PAN LONDON ADOPTION PROCEDURES:
This manual also includes the Pan London Adoption Procedures - these are included in the Contents at Part 5 of the manual.
